I am writing my story of what happened to my account and how Neopets had to keep their "image" good.
I went to a "aim" board and gave my SN. Now i go to check my e-mail and then i go back to Neopets and my account is logged off. So i go to log back in, and my account was Iced for breaking the rules. So then i go back to my e-mail and told TNT that this was a mistake. Two days later i get a "autoreply" stating i need to fill out this form. So i did. I get a e-mail from neo (autorepsonder) you have filled out the wrong form please fill this one out. So i did. Now i get another e-mail. And this one was about filling out the form, and that i needed to fill out a form that i previously did. Now i got mad, and e-mailed darcy about 50 times that day, and i also did some other people as well. 2 weeks go by and nothing. I started e-mailing them every day and it went to the point I was e-mailing about 20 staff members a day and nothing. This went on for a month. Now what i don't is i was one of there "good" players. I had 103 avatars, grey jetsam, really strong silver wocky, and a werelupe, MSPP TCG, and 1.5 million pure and my BD set was over 1 million.
Now so this contuines for another 2 months, and i was getting tired of all of Neopets BS. So i took the time out and went to the library got on my e-mail and wrote a LONG e-mail explaining my true feelings about neopets respons. I also told them they had it all wrong and that i had NO warnings. So i sent it then came back 3 days later and the "library" computer was IP banned.
Why did neopets do this? Why did they need to "sweep it under the rug"? Why are they being assholes? Why couldn't they accept their Missunderstand and error and give it back and apologize. No they had to be Assholes and keep it from me!
