Unfairness of neopets

I'd like to share my story. I've been looking for a place to tell someone about it/rant about it so here it goes:
I started neopets back in 2000 when I was 13. I was bullied a lot in middle school and couldn't go outside my house without getting beaten up so I spent my free time on neopets. My very first account was called dracomalfoy182. I worked so hard on that account, collecting mps, pbs, and pppbs. My real pride and joy were my pets. A mutant tonu, a mutant scorchio, a rainbow pteri and a skunk ixi. One faithful day in 2003 my account got hacked and someone used it to scam someone else and it got iced. I wrote TNT and explained what had happened. They basically told me to bad and to fuck off. I wrote them for about a year until I just gave up. So I moved on. After graduating
high school I moved to a different state. I didn't know anybody and hadn't started
college yet so I decided to start up again. I made accounts here and there and kind of forgot about them. Fast forward to 2011.
I am on disability and really have nothing better to do so I figured I'd try neopets again. I made an account called crows_zero_gps. I was able to earn enough nps to paint all my pets and such. One day something odd happened. I was playing yyb and all of a sudden I get this warning that my account had been silenced for saying something
inappropriate. Where it says that I said something inappropriate it was blank. The thing is was that I wasn't on the neoboards that day. I am the only one living in my
apartment. I had been there all day. My laptop is password protected etc... Obviously I didn't say anything wrong
because if I had TNT would have posted what I supposedly said. I sent in a ticket and of
course I didn't get a response. When I got un-silenced I told people what happened and was
immediately silenced again for "harassing". I got silenced for saying, crappy (people say it all the time and never get warned), the next time I said hot. The thing that really pissed me off about that was that the next day I was on an alt and I saw that someone made a board saying that they thought someone was hot and TNT allowed it. It went on for pages. I admit there were times on that account where I did deserve to get silenced. Finally one day I was talking on a board. Nothing was
inappropriate at all and this time I was perma-silenced. For no reason. I should have quit then but didn't.
I have a new main account called Voldemhort. One day someone was trolling me and I retorted, I didn't say anything bad and I got silenced and the troll got away
scot free, which always happens. Last week I was neomailing my friend and I was silenced. They said I said something
inappropriate and once again didn't tell me what I said. After 3 days I got
un-silenced and I neomailed my friend and they had also silenced him and not told him why.
Lately I've noticed something, TNT keeps an eye out for certain people and single them out. I and some of my friends are one of them. They silence us for no reason. I have no idea why we are being singled out. Slowly I have been distancing myself from neopets. I really only go on to talk to my friends. Soon I'm going to
disappear all together from neopets and do something that is actually fun. Well that is my story. I hope it gets published.
