Nice going, Neo

By dreamstalkerwolf

I first started playing last August, and two months ago my first  account (twizzlewolf; nearly full lab map, 500K pure in the bank, one painted pet, retired items and avatars) fell to a false report.

I'd been attempting to trade my excess codestones and faeries for some spooky map pieces.   A user (12sal14--I don't know if he's still on or not) tried to pull the same scam "my computer/Neopets won't let me use the trades").  I sent him  nothing, and put my items up in the trading post as normal.  He continued mailing me asking for more and more items worth 20x the price of the two map pieces.  I ignored, blocked and reported for trying to scam.

That afternoon, I log in to find..."This account has been frozen for posting links asking for passwords".

WTF?!  I had never used the boards on that account, and still don't.  Repeated mails to the Neo team went unanswered until after I created my new account; the only reply was "you posted a link asking for passwords".  No clarification as to where they supposedly found the link, which I have been asking for since the icing occurred.  I use no special layouts, and no quiz links anywhere; nothing that even looks like it would need a password.  I have now created a secondary useless account for posting on the boards should I ever feel the desitre to.

Come on Neopets, you have more than enough revenue to pay support to thoroughly check any reports.  Even the report submit screen says "all reports will be thoroughly investigated".
