Person 2 Restocking Tips
The first thing you need to do is pick a shop to restock in. Most of the shops
have good profit, but some are very difficult to restock.
If your just starting, i would have two windows open, one with the toy shop
loaded, and one with snow foods loaded.
Every 3(ish) seconds, click f5 and refresh the toy shop. As soon as you see new items appearing in the toy shop, that means the restock has started and theres usually a very small delay like 5 seconds before all the other shops start to restock. Get the snow foods back up, and refresh about every 2 seconds.
In that shop your looking for items like Appletastic Lolly, Mighty melon lolly etc, Any of those weird lollys you can buy for probably 400np and sell for 1200-5000. Also if you can get a moehog lollypop then you can make around 30,000 in one go. The reason snow foods is good for starting out is because the profit is okay but small compared to the other shops. There wont be as many people restocking in the shop and the lollys usually come in batches of 2/3/4 which gives you more chance.
When you can do the snow foods well, you can try out the spooky food shop. Thats like the next level up really, you can make a lot of money if your fast enough to snag a rare item and about 7,000 per pumpkin slice or 4000 per chocolate covered peanuts.
After that then its up to you to what you like to restock. I always have toy shop and snow foods open and do both. The toy shop is a good one to do, but quite hard. I've made as much as 900,000 from one item from there.
The petpet shops, and haunted weaponry and i think maybe a few others dont always restock. it can take as many as 5 restocks for items to appear, so they arn't a good idea if you have short patients. (which i dont)
Just some tips:
Goto your control panel on your computer, and your mouse options. goto pointer options and tick the box that says snap to default button. This way, you can double click on an item in the shop to go straight to the haggle screen, it saves you a small amount of time clicking on the item, moving the mouse to the ok button etc.
I dont do this but a lot of people do, you can restock in full screen to see the items clearly (pushing F11)
When you see a restock coming just keep refreshing, and as soon as you see an item appear, click on it quickly, and dont haggle just put in what they're asking or near to it. a good idea to type fast is to always offer prices like 999 or 1222 so you can get the numbers out quickly.
hit enter as soon as you've put the amount in and just hope you have it =p
Dont be too discouraged if you dont get too many in the first time, it took me
about 2 weeks to learn all of this, and dont kick yourself for missing rare
items if you do see one. I've missed 3 candychan plushies, Endless baby plushies
etc in the last week.
Once the restock starts, crappy items and good items are added into the shops
(not all at once) Good items will go in about 2-3 seconds, so you have to be
quick. the restocks over in about 1-2 mins usually. profitable items will go
very quickly when they appear. The restock goes on for about 2 mins,
usually crappy items r/s first too, so you get a warning.
