Auction Bug
There is a bug in auctions, that makes the last bidder, the one who should win, actually lose. It's like the following example. xiaomichelle3 bid over me, but bid too late. I actually won.
Notice the part of "The last bid placed was for 29,010 NP"
I am not sure why this happens, but I suspect it's because they bid a split second before it closed, so their bid got in, but not enough to process. So the actual winner is the 2nd place person.
Sometimes if it's REALLY laggy, you can have multiple ones, as shown below. There were 4 bids, but the bid at 5 seconds is what stood. This could also happen where 2 people bid the same amount, and it processes both. The one who bid first (on the bottom) will win.
Here's a bug where there are multiple bids, and angelsailormoon won this one (Check the last bid placed). When I neomailed her, she said she only hit the bid button once, not 5 times, so I don't know how this happened.
Sometimes, like in this case, it helps you because they don't take the higher bidder. Other times you will be the higher bidder, and you didn't win. Overall, it's been 50/50 for me.
